| You will also find the start time schedule attached. If you want to ride with someone else or a group that’s no problem - please take the LASTEST rider’s start time as your own and come along together. Aim to turn up to registration about half an hour before your start time which will give you plenty of time. Don’t panic if you’re a bit late – we’ll get you in the next available wave when you’re ready. |

| We have plenty of parking this year at the decommissioned RAF Chedworth but still expect a little bit of mud on the runway if the rain continues. It’s all hardstanding beneath so don’t worry. |

| The National Star College will be assisting with parking as always this year and will be fundraising for the incredible work they do with disabled young adults. They will ask you for a couple of quid when you park but this is by no means compulsory so give as much or little as you please. The Pied Piper Appeal who fund the Childrens Ward at Gloucester Royal Hospital will be offering hot drinks at both feed stations as well as a jet wash at the finish for a £2 donation. The jetwash is located about 500 metres from HQ as this is the closest water source we can tap in to and you will be directed there if you want to use it. |

We hope you understand that we can’t, at this late stage, offer refunds or deferrals to anyone who can’t make it on Sunday as we’ve already spent your entry fee on you. |
